Milk & Brew sits comfortably in the heart of Richmond Subdivision in Angono as a neighborhood cafe where milk tea is the main draw. It carries the familiar vibe of a local hangout—a casual spot where both teens and young adults often stop by for a quick, flavorful pick-me-up. The simplicity of its interior offers a cozy, no-frills setting that fits well with afternoon meetups or a brief pause from the day’s errands.

The cafe is best known for its milk teas, especially flavors like Almond and the Brown Sugar Tiger Milk, which stand out for balancing sweetness and richness without feeling overpowering. Locals appreciate that the drinks here match the quality you’d expect from bigger chains like Alley or Tiger Sugar but come at a noticeably friendlier price point—often 20 to 25 pesos less per cup. This makes Milk & Brew a practical choice for daily visits.

Service here leans towards straightforward and efficient, although some patrons note occasional ups and downs in staff friendliness. Still, generous touches happen, such as replacing mistaken orders promptly, which adds to a sense of community goodwill. The cafe recently added parking space, making it easier for visitors coming by car, especially those who want to linger a bit or try several flavors in one visit.

The atmosphere fits a laid-back afternoon or early evening stop. It’s not a place for quiet solo study marathons but works well for casual chats or grabbing something refreshing after a stroll in the neighborhood. Fruit teas and less sweet tea refreshments also hold their ground as alternatives to milk-heavy drinks, appealing to those wanting lighter, thirst-quenching options.

In short, Milk & Brew serves as a reliable local base for anyone craving solid milk tea flavors without the unnecessary fuss or higher prices of more commercial spots. It’s a natural stop for Angono residents and visitors who want a taste of local flavors poured with familiar friendliness and convenience.

Their milk teas are good, taste and quality are same as branded Alley, Tiger Sugar, Chatime, etc. The price is around Php20-25 cheaper. I recommend this.

Still my go-to restaurant in Angono, Rizal. Good food, good service, good ambience and great value for money — very affordable. I tried their pares and it was good, although I prefer a pares with thick and a bit sweet sauce (broth), but their beef was so tender and tasty. The refresher fruit tea was good, too, nothing too shabby but just a good old refresher. They also have a parking space now available for four vehicles, and some space for motorcycles. I’m surprised that some of their staff remembered me, cause I was a regular at their place before I left Rizal. I hope they can expand more and have a greater presence not just in Rizal. Nonetheless, it was a very good dining experience.

The Cadbury Almond is indeed low carb. The Brown Sugar Tiger Milk tastes similar to Sundot Kulangot from Baguio. The Milk and Brew Milk Tea (not pictured) is recommended. I am not a fan of pearls in milk tea but I love the softness and taste of theirs. The taste is good for its price.

Taste is better than gong cha for most of their flavors. Price is super affordable and the place is so comfy and high end compared to competitors. The owners are also hands on and very polite... if the crew looks happy during work hours, youd know your foods are in safe hands. Kudos to the kind owners! Jasmine and nutella is my personal fav! Oh if you love ube, try to approach manong guard who assists the door, he is selling delicious ube for only 100 pesos!
